A Saudi law firm and legal consultancy providing representation before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. We specialize in disputes involving government entities, as well as matters related to real estate ownership and estates.
We deliberately handle a limited number of files at a time. The nature of these disputes requires tracing documents to their origins and meticulously reviewing established judicial precedents—an approach that cannot be sustained with a high volume of cases.

Three principles we adhere to in every case.
First — Grounding in Judicial Precedent
No defense or claim is built on mere opinion. For every issue, we refer first to statutory texts, then to the rulings of the Supreme Administrative Court in similar cases, citing the exact ruling number and date in our memos.
Second — Preparation Before the Hearing
Expected counter-arguments from the opponent are anticipated prior to the session. Independent, ready-to-file memos are prepared for each potential argument, ensuring no postponements are requested for responses that could have been prepared in advance.
Third — Documents Before Arguments
We begin by compiling, authenticating, and verifying documents, upon which the legal argument is then built. Claims without documentary backing are not presented to the court.

Confidentiality. Client information is never disclosed or used outside the scope of our representation. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of our services.
Conflict of Interest. We do not accept representation that conflicts with the interests of a current or former client in the same matter.
Candid Assessment. Clients are given a transparent evaluation of their position—both strengths and weaknesses. The firm does not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines, as these are beyond a lawyer's control.
